In the light of my recent before/after photo post I was asked by a number of people to share what an average weeks menu looks like for me. Well, here it is… Fatmandoo Sample Menu.pdf I have uploaded it as an easy to print PDF file so you can keep it on hand to help you with meal ideas for the week.
Remember it’s only a guide and if you’re feeling full from breakfast please don’t feel like you have to force down lunch 🙂
After a big breakfast yesterday I was left feeling satiated for the rest of the day. I was so satisfied I decided to I.F. (intermittent fast) lunch and dinner. I had a dinner already prepared and was not going to force a fast if I was hungry but come 7:30pm I was still feeling great! I guess that’s the power of filling up and fueling the body on quality saturated fats and training the body to access the stored fat for fuel too.
This morning I left home at 4:30am and at 7:00am I finally stopped to eat. Not in a ‘I’m famished feed me now’ way, but in a lets eat something yummy way 🙂
What did I have? 2 delicious hard boiled eggs cooked in my thermos while I worked (see earlier post).
The organic grass fed eggs were delicious and left me singing a song that can easily get stuck in your head. A song which is a great mantra for the LCHF community…. I LOVE EGGS!!! Check it out 🙂

Had a delicious lunch today at Ribs and Rumps. My Rib Eye Steak came with baked chat potatoes or fries. I got the potatoes with sour cream and added a side of garden fresh veggies with butter. It was sooooo good!
Last year I could easily have put away 10 chat potatoes with one meal (potatoes and rice have always been my weakness) however today I only ate one and was so full and satisfied.
It will be interesting to see if there’s any change in my ketones or weight loss this week after my spudventure 🙂
Next weigh-in coming Monday morning…..
