I finished work at 6:30pm tonight and although starting at 5:00am it felt like an early mark. The sun was still shining here in Central Queensland and I still had plenty of energy to spare now that I’m not carb logged.
I decided to head back to the house and just muck around with an idea for a LCHF hot chocolate I’ve been playing with in my head.
• 50gm Unsalted Butter
• 1 Tablespoon Cocoa
• 150ml Pure Cream
• 150ml Water
• Stevia to taste (add at end)
Place ingredients in a a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk til combined, smooth, warm & frothy!
