Questions, questions, questions

I have been so overwhelmed by the tremendous response and support from the LCHF community of my journey so far. My inbox has been overflowing with emails for advice.

I’ve decided to ask everyone what you would most like to know. Just reply to this post in the comments and I’ll do a special FAQ post to answer the most interesting or most requested questions.

STAY THE COURSE! This lifestyle works 🙂

  1. Hi fatmandoo, Just wondering if you get your Bulletproof coffee ingredients from USA, or is there an Australian supplier? Postage for the first two deliveries is $39.95USD!

  2. This is freaking incredible! Great site, great accomplishment. You really make LCHF look easy and delicious. Big congratulations on your journey. If I had a question, I guess it would be about your staples. It’s clear you’re landing on eggs and bacon as your go-to breakfast; what about lunch? What’s your favorite snack? Also, what do your macronutrients ratios look like? I still find it really challenging to get below 50g carbs, mostly because I keep drinking wine and eating yogurt and kefir.

  3. Just came across your blog through wheat belly, love your blog and especially your recipes. My husband and I are looking forward to trying them. They all look great and you have made it so easy to follow. We have a paving business and we leave at 6am each morning, so need to prep a lot of food on Sundays. Please keep adding recipes. I always keep staples in the fridge which include boiled eggs, avocados, cooked roast chickens that I remove from bone and keep in a container in the fridge and we use roasted capsicums with breakfast, I roast a couple of trays on Sunday and peel them. I cook a chicken, zucchini and carrot frittata in the slow cooker that our son takes for school lunches. Have struggled to feed our younger son as he is allergic to eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and coconut, but he loves chicken nuggets, snags and bacon. I would like to adapt your nuggets for him, would have to omit the coconut (not allergic to almond) would you have an alternative that could be used to stick the coating instead of egg? Your dedication to your weight loss is outstanding, you should be very proud of yourself. You will inspire a lot of people. Robyn, South Australia.

  4. OMG.. Congrats! One of the best blogs i have come across. thx for keeping it simple; love the pics & recipies. please dont stop blogging! Do you do any exercise and do you take your ketone levels?

  5. How difficult was it to get support from family and friends? Did you get any pushback or resistance from someone significant? If so, how did you handle it?

  6. I am totally confused. I found your wonderful site this morning and now its gone! What happened?? Got the link from wheat belly just this AM! Enjoyed scrolling thru all your meals, etc. Told my daughter about it and now everything is gone. I demand a recount 🙂
