Three weeks in to living LCHF and one of the biggest things I’ve noticed so far aside from how good I feel is the REAL Flavour of foods. Since cutting out sugar completely and processed junk I am amazed at how good food tastes. We become so numb from all the junk we eat, sauces we add, salt, sugar etc. I’m loving the real flavours of food.
On a side note… These new Carbonated Spring Waters from Mount Franklin with a hint of real fruit essence and no sugar or sweeteners are a great treat in the near 40° C morning here on the Queensland Hwy.
